Lenny Lard the Rubber Ring Rider is a character in Moshi Monsters who can be found at The Port. He was featured in the Series 3 Figures; he has not had a Mash-Up Card, however.

When Lenny Lard isn't relaxing and watching the watery world go by, he has a seriously silly time playing in the sea. Ever since he was challenged by his schoolmates, it's been his wonderfully wet wish to become the first youth diver to plunge into Potion Ocean.
No swimming!
The most astonishing thing about Lenny is that despite bobbing up and down in his ring all day, he can't actually swim yet! You may think he's thrown himself in at the deep end, but he seems to be having a stupendously splash-tastic time.
Lightning Lenny!
Having a watery version of the high jump, Master Lard can duck down under his ring and propel himself out of the water with super-splashing speed! Cap'n Buck likes to watch the action from the Cloudy Cloth Clipper.
