Description[]

Music Rox is the first ever album from Moshi Monsters, the world's fastest growing online game for kids. Squished full of catchy songs from a crazy array of Moshi characters, we guarantee kids (and big kids!) will be stomping their feet to the Moshi beat in no time. What’s more, this special Limited Edition version includes 1000 Rox and a virtual gold disc for your monster’s room!

Party with Poppet, crank it to eleventy with Zommer, do the Missy Kix Dance and even get your gooberries in a twist with Zack Binspin. But that’s only the beginning because this brilliant album is crammed with toe-tapping tracks by all kinds of wacky Moshi gooperstars.[1]

Written and produced in house under the Moshi Monsters Music record label and distributed by Sony Music, Moshi Monsters, Music Rox! features twelve tracks from popular Moshi characters including The MonStars, Dr Strangeglove, Popstar Poppet, Big Bad Bill and Sweet Tooth as well as newly developed music characters, Bobbi SingSong and Zack Binspin.

The music covers all genres from rock to Bollywood, and combines catchy tunes with witty lyrics that will appeal to both kids and adults alike. With the Moshi fan base already huge and 60m registered users worldwide it is hoped that the album will be a monster hit.

Moshi’s music move is lead by ex-Rockstar Jason Perry who experienced huge international success fronting rock band 'A' and has produced many number one records for McFly and Busted’s front man, Matt Willis. Jason will work closely alongside Sony Music who are behind hit artists including Michael Jackson, Elvis, Olly Murs and One Direction.

Jason Perry commented: "We’ve been blown away by the pre-orders and really hope the album tops the charts this week. We had a blast laying down the tracks for this album and hope kids and parents love it just as much as we do.”

Moshi Monsters, Music Rox! is now available to purchase in store at HMV, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, BHS, WHSmiths, HMV, Argos, Moto and Toys R Us, and all good record shops. It will be available digitally in the UK and online at Amazon.co.uk, Play.com, HMV.com and iTunes UK at an RRP of £8.99. The album will also be available globally to download via iTunes from April 3rd and available in stores in Australia, New Zealand and the USA later in the year.
